Example projects

Three concept demos you can try.

Each demo uses a fictional business and made-up data to show how a website and a few practical automations could fit together. They are illustrations of ideas to explore, not past client work.

About these demos. Harbour Bakes, Fixwell Repairs and Tidy Paws are fictional. The demos run only in your browser. They don’t send emails or messages, create appointments, or store anything you type.

Concept demo — not a client project.

Custom bakery: quote request to production brief

Fictional business: Harbour Bakes, a small celebration-cake bakery.

The problem

Custom cake enquiries often arrive as “How much for a birthday cake?” The baker then spends several messages finding out the date, size, flavour and design before they can quote, and details end up spread across chats and notebooks.

Proposed workflow

  1. The website enquiry form asks for the key details up front.
  2. The request is filed in one place, with short-notice dates flagged.
  3. The baker reviews it and sends a quote.
  4. Once confirmed, the same details become a production brief with a prep schedule.

What the demo shows

Fill in the form and watch a structured quote request and a draft production brief build as you type. The sizing and scheduling rules are simple examples a real bakery would replace with its own.

Customer enquiry form

Between 6 and 150.

Dietary requirements

A real form would also ask for contact details. This demo deliberately doesn’t.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent, booked or stored.

Repair shop: from enquiry to collection

Fictional business: Fixwell Repairs, a small appliance repair workshop.

The problem

Customers drop off an item and then have no idea what’s happening. They ring to ask, staff stop work to check, and approvals for estimates get lost in voicemail.

Proposed workflow

  1. Each repair gets a simple job card with a clear stage.
  2. Moving a job to the next stage prepares a short customer update.
  3. Staff check and approve each message before it is sent.
  4. Customers can see the current stage on a simple status page.

What the demo shows

Step a fictional coffee-machine repair through five stages. You’ll see the staff job card, the customer status page and the message that would be prepared at each step. Messages are previews only.

Local service: area check to reminder

Fictional business: Tidy Paws, a mobile dog-grooming van serving the fictional town of Harbourton.

      The problem

Mobile and local services get requests from outside their area, appointments without the details they need, and customers who forget to prepare, which means wasted trips and rushed visits.

      Proposed workflow

      1. Customers check their area before requesting a visit.
      2. The request form asks for details that affect the visit.
      3. The business confirms the appointment. Nothing is booked automatically.
      4. A tailored preparation checklist and reminders go out before the visit.

      What the demo shows

Check a fictional district code, request an appointment and see the suggested preparation checklist and reminder messages. No appointment is created and no reminder is sent.

Step 1 · Check your area

Fictional codes only. Try HT1–HT3 (covered), HT4 (edge of area) or HT7 (outside).

Start with an area check. The appointment request, preparation checklist and reminder preview will appear here.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent, booked or stored.

What would this look like for your business?

These demos are starting points. A real project would use your own services, wording, rules and tools. Many businesses need only one small piece, such as a better enquiry form or a single reminder. We would talk through which options are worth exploring before suggesting anything.
